4 Walls Inc. is seeking a creative Part-Time Social Content Specialist to support social media content for our client portfolio. This remote role requires 20-25 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with availability 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for collaboration with our Customer Success team.

Responsibilities include creating polished social posts with AI tools and Canva, reviewing captions for quality and brand alignment, and troubleshooting posting issues across client accounts.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring workload.
• Clear, professional communication and collaborative team work.
• Reliable availability on Slack during scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing property-special social posts using AI tools and Canva.
• Create video social posts for clients using our proprietary internal platform.
• Review and quality-assure social content, captions, posts, and settings in client dashboard.
• Audit our social application across client accounts to identify issues and ensure content is properly displayed and connected.
• Help research, review, and troubleshoot social connection and posting errors within the dashboard.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with the Customer Success team about client needs, questions, content updates, and identified issues.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing work across multiple client accounts.
