Job summary

Praxis Sourcing & Consulting is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Coordinator for a part-time W-2 role in the Austin, TX area. The position is hybrid, remote-heavy with occasional on-site days, and pays $25-$45 per hour.

You'll turn ideas and source material into engaging content across platforms, building a calendar, repurposing videos and posts, and supporting campaigns. The role starts at 5-8 hours/week with growth as results grow.

Qualifications

• A degree is not required; demonstrated ability and initiative matter more.
• Experience creating social content and growing accounts or brands is valued.
• Ability to adapt content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube with platform-specific approaches.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit social content: posts, short-form video, graphics, captions, and carousels.
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific pieces.
• Pull strongest moments from longer videos into Shorts and Reels.
• Build and maintain a content calendar with steady presence.
• Schedule and publish approved content and assist campaigns around a launched e-book.
• Track channel performance and advise on next steps.
• Maintain distinct voices for multiple client brands.
