Pearson is seeking a Part-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to K-12 students enrolled in Connections Academy virtual public schools. The SLP will conduct sessions via webcam and manage caseloads using the company’s Education Management System.

Responsibilities include planning therapy, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with state policies. Remote work flexibility is emphasized, with equipment requirements noted for home use.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA/MS) and ASHA CCC.
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in K-12 settings.
• Strong technology skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality speech language services to assigned students in a virtual environment.
• Plan and implement individual and group therapy in a virtual setting.
• Maintain documentation and IEP-related records in the Education Management System.
• Communicate regularly with parents/learning coaches and school staff to ensure IEP goals.
• Coordinate with teachers to implement specially designed instruction per IEP.
• Adhere to data protection and security policies and obtain necessary licenses/clearances.
