Nimble Consulting is seeking a US-based part-time Recruiter to manage end-to-end staffing for elite consultants, working remotely with strong preference for Bay Area/California candidates. You’ll post jobs in ATS, review resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate references, all while keeping the CEO informed.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for professional consultants.
• Ability to manage end-to-end staffing processes and timelines.
• Strong communication with CEO and candidates throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs in ATS and monitor pipelines.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate client references and status updates.
• Track progress and keep dashboards current in ATS.
• Schedule interviews with team members as needed.
• Ensure timely HR documentation (W-9, I-9, 1099 insurance) when required.
