Bloodworks Northwest seeks a Part-time Purchasing Assistant to join the Material Management team. The role provides administrative support to procure, track, and control supplies, services, and equipment for safe, timely operations.

Under the Materials Manager, you will assist Buyers and Inventory Analyst, manage vendor records, support catalog maintenance, and ensure SOP compliance. Remote work is allowed; candidate must reside in Washington or Oregon. 24 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or GED.
• 1-2 years of admin support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to Materials Manager, Buyers, and Inventory Analyst.
• Notify departments of pending capital purchases and maintain required forms.
• Maintain vendor files and MDS files.
• Serve as point of contact for vendors needing hands-on administration.
• Maintain GPO/vendor affiliation records and pricing.
• Assist in maintaining department catalogs.
• Record recalls and reconcile inventories.
• Support Buyers when needed.
• Comply with SOPs and perform other duties as assigned.
