Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Delaware. This role involves telemedicine assessments for adolescents and adults, with a focus on evidence-based care and ADHD guidelines.

A Master’s in Nursing with prescriptive authority and board-certified PMHNP are required. The position offers a fee-for-service W2 arrangement with a salary range of $71,000–$102,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours weekly, and fully remote work.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
• Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
• Three years of experience preferred; 1 year of psychiatry practice required.
• Must be licensed and live in the state where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up.
• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as needed.
• Collaborate with clients on comprehensive care plans.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
