Job summary

Cache Valley Electric Co. is seeking a part-time Project Scheduler to support the Line Division. The role is remote, averaging about 20 hours per week, with coordination meetings as needed.

You will develop and maintain schedules for transmission, substation, and utility construction projects using Primavera P6. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Primavera P6 experience, CPM scheduling knowledge, and the ability to read construction plans.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is required.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling and construction sequencing.
• Experience reading construction plans and scopes of work.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers and field leadership to set timelines and milestones.
• Build baseline schedules incorporating scope, procurement, engineering, and construction activities.
• Update schedules with field progress and evolving conditions.
• Prepare schedule reports and communicate changes to leadership.
• Support look-ahead schedules and short-term planning.
• Assist with recovery schedules when projects fall behind plan.
