Great Minds is seeking a part-time PD Associate to support district-level implementation of our curriculum products through on-site coaching and remote support. You will join a regional team, build expertise in our professional services catalog, and deliver high-quality professional development to teachers and coaches.

The role emphasizes collaboration, flexible problem-solving, and strong project management as schools adopt Wit & Wisdom, Eureka Math, Geodes, and related resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years teaching or coaching experience, with at least 1 year in delivering high-quality PD.
• Experience implementing Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math curricula.
• Proficiency with or alignment to instructional design and pedagogy.
• Deep content knowledge in mathematics, science, or humanities.
• Experience with both digital and print education platforms.
• Strong organizational habits for goal setting, project management, and deadlines.
• Ability to make solutions-oriented decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog to provide on-site support, coaching, and PD to assigned schools.
• Engage in cycles of internal training to deepen facilitation and coaching skills and product familiarity.
• Cultivate a strong Great Minds culture with trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.
