Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a Per Diem Professional Development Associate to support adoption and effective implementation of curricula across schools in the Northeast. This part-time, remote role focuses on delivering on-site and virtual PD and coaching in Wit & Wisdom and Eureka Math, with travel as needed.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years teaching or coaching experience, including professional development delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience teaching or coaching with at least 1 year of PD delivery.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula (Wit & Wisdom or Eureka Math).
• Proficiency with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
• Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Experience with both digital and print education platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog to provide high‑quality on‑site support, coaching, and PD.
• Engage in cycles of internal training to deepen expertise in new professional services offerings and in facilitation and coaching skills.
• Cultivate a strong Great Minds culture emphasizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.
