Job summary

Great Minds seeks a dedicated Success Coach to join the Midwest-based Implementation Services team. You will deliver on-site coaching, professional development, and customized support to districts implementing Eureka Math, Eureka Math2, and Wit & Wisdom.

With at least 3 years teaching or coaching and a track record in PD delivery, you will collaborate with Success Leads to tailor services for diverse schools across Minnesota and nearby states, while upholding a culture of excellence and educator

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years teaching or coaching with at least 1 year delivering professional development.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and Eureka Math2.
• Proficiency with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
• Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Experience as campus instructional leader or coach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog, including Eureka Math and Eureka Math2.
• Provide high-quality, on-site support, coaching, and PD to assigned schools.
• Collaborate with Success Leads to deliver contextualized services.
• Deliver professional services on-site up to 80% of the time in school systems.
• Participate in internal training to deepen facilitation and coaching skills.
• Gather, monitor, and record implementation success metrics and document interactions.
• Communicate insights about implementation to leadership based on customer interactions.
• Stay informed of regional trends influencing customer practices and purchasing.
• Represent Great Minds at conferences and contribute to blogs/whitepapers.
• Cultivate a strong Great Minds culture with trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.
