Job summary

Timebox Pro is seeking a part-time Client Relationship Manager to serve as the face of the company with local client partners and partners virtually. You will ensure voices are heard, needs understood, and Timebox Pro is represented with high professionalism.

Role involves meeting clients in Parsippany, NJ or via video, advocating on their behalf, translating feedback into actionable insights, and identifying opportunities to grow IT and digital solutions while maintaining an on-demand schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM/Account Management within IT or professional services.
• Based in or near Parsippany, NJ with ability to travel locally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Ability to adapt to an on-demand, variable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary high‑touch point for designated client partners during critical touchpoints.
• Represent Timebox Pro’s values, services, and commitment to excellence in client interactions.
• Conduct on‑demand meetings (in‑person in Parsippany/NJ area or via video) to check project health and satisfaction.
• Translate client feedback into insights and flag expansion opportunities to management.
