Job summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis Catholic Education and Formation is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Paraprofessional for Bishop DuBourg High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

You will support students with diverse learning needs, assist with instruction, reinforce academic skills, and collaborate with teachers and learning support staff in a supportive, inclusive environment. You will help implement accommodations, reinforce learning objectives, and promote student success while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or college coursework in Education, Special Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, instructional support, or paraprofessional work is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructional plans and implement accommodations under teacher guidance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and Catholic education values.

Responsibilities

• Support students by implementing individualized learning plans through modified instruction and remedial activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group academic assistance as directed by teachers.
• Assist with behavioral interventions and provide coaching to encourage positive student behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement instructional strategies and accommodations.
• Collect and report academic and behavioral data as directed.
• Communicate student progress and concerns professionally.
