NannyPod seeks managers who can work from home to connect families with qualified nannies and infant care specialists. You will assess needs, interview candidates, and coordinate placements, using social networks and video calls.

Ideal candidates are organized, with strong networking and business skills, and able to operate autonomously, pass background checks, and manage communications with families and providers.

Qualifications

College degree required.
Childcare experience a plus but not required.
Business skills and strong networking ability essential.
Autonomous and highly organized; able to run your own business.
Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Identify families' childcare needs and connect them with suitable candidates.
Review, approve and share nanny candidates in your area.
Interview candidates via video or in person; verify licenses and references.
Liaise with local organizations and market NannyPod in communities.
Be the face of NannyPod and help families find childcare solutions.
