Job summary

Nanny Poppins Agency is a nationwide nanny and domestic staffing agency seeking a full-time Contract Placement Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. This remote, commission-based role rewards high performance and requires a love for phone outreach and virtual interviews.

You will work collaboratively on a Split Placement Network, build a strong candidate pipeline, conduct virtual interviews, and manage relationships with clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or recruiting experience.
• Commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, communication, and closing skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
• Comfortable speaking with high-profile and high-net-worth clients.
• Experience with nanny, domestic staffing, household staffing, executive recruiting, or high net worth clientele is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Review resumes and applications.
• Match qualified candidates with open positions.
• Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the placement process.
• Collaborate with recruiters on split placements.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records.
• Follow agency Standard Operating Practices.
• Participate in daily team communication and meetings.
