Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health is seeking licensed Maryland clinicians for a virtual, part-time role delivering care to adolescents, young adults and families. The position offers 10–20 hours per week and compensation of $75–$85 per hour, with group sessions Monday–Thursday 4–10 pm EST.

Qualifications

• Maryland licensure to practice clinically in Maryland.
• One-year experience with relational, experiential, and systemic modalities preferred.
• Two years experience leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions preferred.
• Proficiency with DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy with personalized treatment plans and intake assessments.
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning.
• Lead IOP group sessions as needed in a fully virtual setting.
• Work with colleagues who prioritize trust, service, growth, and results in patient care.
• Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic care.
