Job summary

InnerSourced Solutions seeks a part-time therapist to provide individual and family sessions for children and adolescents (ages 8–17) and their families in Maryland. The role is contracted, with potential to move to full-time as caseload grows, and sessions are typically between 3pm and 6pm.

The position offers competitive compensation, credentialing and scheduling support, and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Weekend hours are optional and based on clinician availability.

Qualifications

• Master's in a behavioral health field or Doctorate in Psychology required.
• Active Maryland license as LSCW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT required.
• CAQH application or CAQH profile data must be provided.
• Must possess or obtain Malpractice Insurance and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Background checks required; valid Maryland driver's license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide weekly individual and/or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities.
• Provide complete and timely documentation in our HIPAA-compliant EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Uphold confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines; adhere to COMAR and CARF standards.
