Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health is recruiting licensed therapists to join a fully virtual IOP team for adolescents, young adults, and families. The role is part-time (10–20 hours/week) with evenings Monday–Thursday, EST hours.

The successful candidate must hold Maryland licensure and be able to practice across multiple states with licensure support provided by the company. Applicants should have experience in online therapy, DBT/TF-CBT/ERP modalities, and a track record of collaborative,

Qualifications

• Fully Maryland clinical licensure is required.
• Preferred: LCSW/LMFT/LCPC; provisional status considered case-by-case.
• Minimum 1 year experience with relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Minimum 2 years leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Experience delivering online therapy and IOP is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy with personalized treatment plans and intake assessments.
• Participate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning.
• Lead IOP group sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold trust, service, growth, and results.

Overview

Location: Virtual, Work from Home for Clinically Licensed Maryland Therapists.

Pay: $75 to $85, per hour

Part-Time: 10 to 20 hours, per week

Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday, 4pm-10pm EST

We are seeking candidates who arelicensed in Maryland. We cover the full cost of additional state licensure fees, enabling you to expand your practice across multiple states.AtEmbark Behavioral Health, we help adolescents, young adults, and their families navigate mental health challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care. OurVirtual Intensive Outpatient Program (VIOP) expands access to life-changing treatment for clients ages 12-34, and we're seeking dedicated clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a fully virtual setting.This is a contracted position, and group hours are Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 pm EST. You must have some availability during these hours.

Responsibilities

• Provideindividual and family therapywhile curating personalized treatment plans, conducting intake assessments for new clients, and completing insurance review notes.
• Collaborate intreatment team discussionsand discharge planning, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.
• LeadIOP group sessionsas needed, fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families.
• Work alongside empathetic colleagues who valuetrust, service, growth, and resultsin delivering exceptional mental health support.
• Engage intherapeutic discussionswith clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Fully Clinical Licensure in Maryland
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), preferred. May consider provisional on a case-by-case basis.
• One-year experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities, preferred.
• Two years of experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions, preferred.
• Proficient inDBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP,effectively integrating these practices into your approach.
• Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years.
• Experience indelivering online therapyis strongly desired, ensuring you can provide effective support through our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
