Job summary

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a part-time Interim Commercial Contracts Counsel for roughly 20-25 hours per week. The role is hybrid, Philadelphia preferred, and candidates must be JD qualified with active US bar admission.

The attorney will review and redline NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS and vendor agreements, partner with business stakeholders, and manage a high-volume contracting workload in a fast-paced environment, ideally with tech sector

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience negotiating, drafting, and advising on a broad range of commercial contracts across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to support numerous stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience supporting technology companies is required.
• Experience in the retail and/or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
• Juris Doctor (JD) required and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and redlining a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, Vendor agreements, Transportation agreements.
• Partnering with business stakeholders across the organization to manage the contracting process, set expectations, and help move agreements through the review cycle efficiently.
• Ideal candidate will have substantial experience supporting technology companies; retail/manufacturing experience desirable.
