Job summary

Braven is seeking a Part-time Substitute Leadership Coach to support the Accelerator Learning Labs remotely from one of Braven's operating states (GA, IL, NY, NJ). The role is temporary/seasonal (Aug–Dec 2026) with evenings and weekends, about 6 hours per week, at $25 per hour.

Training is provided and supervision is through the External Affairs team. You will facilitate two-hour virtual sessions for Fellows using Braven's curriculum, gaining teaching and facilitation experience while serving a

Qualifications

• Two years of teaching, facilitation, or public speaking experience.
• Ability to lead virtual classes using established Braven curriculum.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs
• Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently
• Attend all LC trainings (~6 total training hours) to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate Learning Labs and work with Fellows effectively
• Other duties as assigned
