Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with hiring, interviewing, and/or recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Review volunteer applications and interview Leadership Coach and Professional Mentor candidates.
• Conduct live Zoom interviews and review asynchronous video submissions.
• Make rubrics-based selection recommendations (accept/reject/waitlist) and update Salesforce records.
