Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
• Must have strong organizational, communication, administrative, and technical skills.
• Experience in higher education, internship programming, or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Class 8 Non-Teaching Co-adjutant will provide part-time academic and program support for the Rutgers Internship & Co-op Course (RICC).
• This appointment is limited to administration and coordination of RICC, including student application processing, Canvas and course administration, instructor support, internship-related issue coordination, program assessment, reporting, and student communications.
• This is a non-teaching assignment. The position will not serve as instructor of record for RICC sections or perform instructional responsibilities of teaching co-adjuncts.
