Job summary

Rutgers University is seeking a part-time Class 8 Co-adjutant to support the Rutgers Internship & Co-op Course (RICC). The role handles student applications, Canvas and course administration, instructor support, and program coordination.

It is remote-friendly with on-site presence at CES - 106 Somerset St., NB, NJ. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational, communication, and tech skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, administrative and technology skills.
• Experience in higher education, experiential education, career services, internship programming, or related area preferred.
• Familiarity with Canvas, Handshake, or comparable learning- and career-management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process student applications for the Rutgers Internship & Co-op Course (RICC).
• Manage Canvas and course administration for RICC.
• Provide instructor support and internship-related issue coordination.
• Assist with program assessment, reporting and student communications.
