Stout is seeking a Valuation Advisory intern (ESOP Practice) to support engagements across fairness, solvency, and ESOP planning. You will perform research, build financial models, and prepare deliverables under senior guidance.

The internship runs January through April 30, with potential extension through May, and offers 15–30 hours per week with remote work eligibility nationwide in the U.S. You will gain client exposure and deepen technical skills while working on real assignments with Stout

Qualificações

• Pursuing a BA/BS degree required (junior or senior year preferred).
• Preferred coursework in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong academic record and ability to interpret financial data.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for client relations.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship at hire and in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research to support assumptions and conclusions.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial statements to identify trends and value drivers.
• Prepare due diligence questions and validate financial, operational, and market data.
• Develop and analyze detailed financial models (DCF, GPC, M&A).
• Participate in client or management meetings providing valuation input.
• Create deliverables and analyses, including presentations and narratives for review.
