Stout invites students to join the Valuation Advisory ESOP Practice as an intern, January through April with potential extension to May. 15–30 hours per week, remote eligibility across the U.S. Interns gain client exposure and hands-on valuation experience under senior professionals.

Responsibilities include researching industries, building financial models, and preparing deliverables for review. Candidates should be pursuing a BA/BS, have strong academics, and be proficient in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing BA/BS; junior or senior year preferred.
• Preferred coursework in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research to identify, evaluate, and support assumptions, benchmarks and conclusions.
• Analyze and interpret financial statements to identify trends, risks, and value drivers impacting valuation outcomes.
• Prepare due diligence questions and evaluate documentation to validate assumptions.
• Develop and analyze detailed financial models (DCF, SAPC, M&A).
• Participate in client meetings providing input on valuation methodologies and conclusions.
