Job summary

Quoris, LLC seeks a part-time Epic Gallery IT/HIM Analyst to support a healthcare organization during Epic Gallery implementation as they transition from Hyland OnBase. You will help build, configure, and provide hands-on support.

The ideal candidate holds active Epic Gallery accreditation, has OnBase experience, and can train an internal administrator while working remotely with minimal travel (about 10%).

Qualifications

• Active Epic Gallery accreditation or certification required.
• Strong understanding of Epic Gallery build and configuration.
• Experience supporting Epic Gallery implementations or ECM-to-Epic transitions.
• Ability to train and mentor internal staff.
• Familiarity with HIM workflows and content services.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time remote capacity.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support full implementation of Epic Gallery including build, configuration, and workflow design.
• Serve as the primary Gallery SME.
• Train and mentor an internal OnBase administrator transitioning to Epic Gallery.
• Collaborate with HIM team to align workflows with operations.
• Support migration of document management workflows from OnBase to Epic Gallery.
• Validate Gallery configuration against accreditation and standards.
• Document build decisions and workflow designs for long-term use.
• Provide guidance on Gallery best practices and maintenance.
