Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel/Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.

• Ability to work independently in a part-time schedule.
• Collaborative, team-oriented demeanor and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Data entry in desktop QuickBooks for multiple entities.
• Prepare and review weekly reports.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts regularly.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial reports.
• Support bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support miscellaneous tasks with a positive attitude.
