Job summary

The Good and the Beautiful is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative who can work remotely. You will respond to customer emails, navigate multiple systems, and assist with refunds and vendor orders.

You must provide your own internet and equipment, commit to 3–4 shifts of 5 hours per week, and reside in KY or other approved states. This position has no guaranteed hours and may be temporary based on company needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about products, website, videos, blog details, etc.
• Proficient computer skills to access necessary programs and respond to customers in a timely manner
• Prior customer support experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails
• Navigate multiple systems and programs
• May be assigned to social media for commenting and messages
• May be assigned to process refunds, vendor orders, and more
• Projects and assignments as needed by management
• Continued knowledge about products offered, inventory, website, blog details, etc.
