Job summary

HireSava is seeking a UGC Creator Onboarding & DM Manager to handle creator onboarding, respond to applicants via DMs, and screen for fit in our paid UGC program.

You will assess English native status, guide newcomers through our onboarding playbook, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the community team. This remote role requires US-time availability and a 1–2 hour daily commitment.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker with excellent written communication.
• Ability to identify native vs non-native English from audio/video.
• Capable of following defined processes and escalating when needed.
• Comfortable navigating TikTok and related apps.
• Available during US time zones with quick response times (≤30 minutes).

We run UGC campaigns for a fast-growing video software brand and are looking for someone to manage creator onboarding via DMs.

What you'll do:

• Reply to creators interested in our paid UGC program Screen applicants using our checklist (profiles, TikTok, video samples)
• Assess whether applicants are native English speakers from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or NZ Guide accepted creators through onboarding using our playbook
• Troubleshoot basic issues and hand creators off to our community team

You should:

• Have excellent written English and a friendly, professional chat style
• Be confident identifying native vs. non-native English from audio/video
• Follow processes accurately and know when to escalate
• Be comfortable navigating TikTok
• Be available during US time zones with under 30 min response times

This is not block-hours work — messages come in throughout the day.

Expect roughly 1–2 hours of actual work/day, spread across your availability window.
