Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Houston is seeking a Functional Construction Automation support to maintain and enhance the suite of construction automation applications at project sites. Qualifications

• Basic engineering/construction methods knowledge.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Basic knowledge of TEAMWorks or equivalent software tracking for construction.
• Critical thinking to analyze data and solve problems.
• Creativity for data-driven product ideas and technologies.
• Results-focused with ability to deliver measurable impact.
• Planning and estimation of objectives and milestones.
• Experience with PTR, SETROUTE, BPS and InfoWorks is desirable.
• Understanding of standard construction work processes is desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel and Access skills required.
• Extensive knowledge with other database platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Field Automation lead to establish system requirements.
• Define data requirements to support construction work processes.
• Coordinate automated data transfer between applications.
• Configure BSAPs to meet project needs.
• Understand and configure reports to reflect data accurately.
• Review/troubleshoot data for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide ongoing administration to each BSAP.
• Provide training and technical support to BSAP end users.
• Assist senior engineers by training TEAMWorks and Setroute administrators.
