Job summary

Collegewise in the United States is hiring a part-time college counselor to guide 12+ students through the admissions process, counseling families in a 1:1 setting and coordinating with schools. Most work happens evenings and weekends as part of the fall season.

You’ll complete 30–40 hours of initial training, then maintain a 10–20 hour weekly caseload. Pay is $75 per counseling hour and $35 per hour for administrative work.

Qualifications

• 12+ student caseload leadership experience preferred
• Experience counseling students and families in admissions process beneficial
• Strong time-management and scheduling skills

Responsibilities

• Guide 12+ students through the full college process
• Build 1:1 relationships with students and families
• Counsel outside school hours and in their time zones; some weekends during busy seasons
