Job summary

HelloCollege is seeking a part-time College Counselor to guide a caseload of students and families through college planning. You will ensure progress, participate in workshops, and help the company grow with strategic admissions guidance.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree or counseling certification, experience with Engineering/STEM/pre-med pathways, and strong communication skills for diverse families across time zones. Evening availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding students through engineering/STEM/pre-med pathways.
• Experience advising top universities in admissions.
• Strong caseload management and time-zone adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 50 students and families.
• Guide multi-year college planning focusing on academics, leadership, and programs.
• Identify experiences aligning with students' majors and goals.
• Lead up to four online workshops per month.
• Maintain relationships and track milestones in the HelloCollege portal.
• Support referrals, testimonials, and online reviews.
