Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Counselor to join a leading healthcare organization in a part-time, fully remote role. The counselor will provide individualized support and apply evidence-based behavioral strategies to help clients reach their goals.

Responsibilities include assessments, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining confidential records in a regulated environment. Licensure options include LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPA in Texas.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 1 year of post-master's counseling experience.
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized counseling and behavioral support based on client needs and goals.
• Conduct assessments and identify needs to develop effective care approaches.
• Create and implement personalized treatment and support plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records.
• Document services in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Support clinical programs and research initiatives as assigned.
• Collaborate with care team members as needed.
