Hire Up Staffing is seeking a compassionate and qualified Behavioral Health Counselor to join a leading healthcare organization.
This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity for a counseling professional who enjoys providing individualized support and using evidence-based behavioral strategies to help clients reach their goals.
Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours per week
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized counseling and behavioral support based on each client's needs and goals.
- Conduct assessments and use appropriate counseling techniques to identify needs and develop effective approaches to care.
- Create and implement personalized treatment and support plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records related to counseling services.
- Document services and activities in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Support clinical programs, research initiatives, or other behavioral health projects as assigned.
- Assist with maintaining the accuracy and quality of information collected through clinical activities.
- Follow established policies, procedures, safety standards, and professional guidelines.
- Collaborate with other members of the care or program team as needed.
- Perform additional responsibilities related to the position as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related counseling field.
- At least 1 year of post-master's counseling experience.
- Strong communication, documentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a fully remote environment.
- Comfortable providing individualized behavioral and psychological interventions.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, quality, and client-centered care.
- Required Texas License Candidates must hold one of the following Texas licenses upon hire: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
