Job summary

Call Source is seeking a remote, part-time BDC Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for multiple dealerships. You will pull up spreadsheets, log customer data, and schedule appointments while maintaining a high level of professionalism on every interaction.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in Sales/Service/Call Center, 1+ year of remote work, and knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred. Strong communication, typing, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enjoy talking on the phone and helping customers.
• Basic computer skills and phone etiquette; friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong typing skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from multiple dealerships.
• Pull up spreadsheets and log information on multiple tabs.
• Assist in obtaining basic demographic information about each customer and log that information in our database.
• Schedule appointments and communicate customer needs to the dealership; report missed opportunities or escalations to management.
• Work in a team environment to provide customers a top-level experience.
• Be courteous and professional on every interaction with a customer on each call.
