Qualifications

• One year as a Parole Staff Technician 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Four years of clerical experience that included one year in the interpretation and analysis of sentences and case information of criminal offenders; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training that included one year in the interpretation and analysis of sentences and case information of criminal offenders.

Responsibilities

• Case Monitoring: Review supervision activity, progress reports, and case details for accuracy and compliance.
• Record Management: Update electronic records, verify information, and keep systems aligned across agencies.
• Interstate Coordination: Communicate with other states to manage case actions, verify details, and support supervision decisions.
• Compliance Review: Evaluate case materials to determine closure eligibility and resolve issues that affect supervision.
• Investigative Support: Use available tools to research criminal activity, verify information, and support case determinations.
• Communication Assistance: Provide guidance and information to staff, agencies, and others involved in case decisions.
