Unbound is seeking a Jr. Account Manager to nurture Catholic parish relationships across the United States and serve as a key contact for assigned parishes. You will help plan outreach, deliver value-added offerings, and coordinate with Unbound teams to drive engagement and growth.

Based in the Kansas City area with some remote flexibility, you will partner with channel leaders to tailor experiences, document communications, and measure results in support of Unbound's mission and strategic plan.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or public relations or related experience.
• 1 year of inside sales, customer service, relationship management, or B2B marketing.
• Comfort working with Roman Catholic parishes and clergy.
• CRM tools and MS Office proficiency.

• Execute scalable outreach (mail, phone, email, in-person) to build a pipeline and track progress.
• Build rapport and trust with integrity and transparency.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach and customize offerings.
• Secure and schedule pastor-led appeals and other events.
• Coordinate account plans with channel leaders, outreach, marketing, and operations.
• Troubleshoot issues with responsive follow-up and detail.
