Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a Parenteral Services Clinical RN Specialist to provide advanced nursing expertise, care coordination, education, and operational collaboration. The role supports nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and care coordinators to promote safe, efficient patient care.

Location: Remote with PST hours; reports to Parenteral Services RN Supervisor and partners to improve workflows. This position emphasizes clinical resource leadership, patient transitions from hospital to home, and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license to include California.
• Knowledge of TPN preparation, administration, and line management.
• Experience with vascular access devices and laboratory monitoring.
• Leadership and mentorship experience.
• Excellent problem solving and communication; proficient with EHR.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support for nurses caring for patients on TPN and parenteral therapies.
• Support operational workflows, staffing coordination, and hospital-to-home transitions.
• Educate nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Review documentation for completeness and consistency; support incident reviews and corrective actions.
• Assist with care coordination for patients with clinical complications and ensure policy compliance.
