Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks an experienced NREMT Paramedic to provide Advanced Life Support and medical transport for Ascension Island operations under the V2X program.

You will join a team delivering 24/7 emergency readiness in a remote and austere environment and coordinate with DoD and military partners. Qualifications include a current NREMT Paramedic certification, licensed paramedic credentials, BLS and ACLS, with 2+ years as a Paramedic.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS).
• Experience in trauma care, critical care transport, or emergency response.
• Current paramedic certification/licensure and BLS/ACLS.
• Ability to work in remote or austere environments and overseas deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ALS emergency medical response, stabilization, treatment, and transport.
• Respond to EMS incidents across Ascension Island per protocols.
• Operate ambulances and EMS equipment safely and effectively.
• Document patient care per EMS documentation standards.
• Support MEDEVAC operations and mass casualty response planning.
