Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification required.
• 5+ years contract administration or contract oversight experience.
• Proven ability to review, draft, and negotiate software or SaaS contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of software and SaaS agreements to identify risks and areas for revision.
• Prepare, revise, and negotiate contract language to align with organizational terms.
• Create precise redlines in Microsoft Word reflecting proposed edits and changes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to move agreements through the review process.
