Job summary

We are seeking a Paralegal to support attorneys with research, drafting and client communications. This role offers remote work flexibility and a professional office environment in the United States.

You will conduct legal research, draft filings, organize case files, and assist in trial preparation, while maintaining strict confidentiality and using Microsoft Office and legal databases.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and confidentiality.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass background and drug screenings.
• Remote work flexibility in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research using statutes, case law, legal articles, and regulations.
• Draft legal documents, organize case files, and prepare filings for court.
• Communicate with clients and assist attorneys in trial preparation.
