You will negotiate lump-sum settlements or payment plans, oversee high-volume notices, and support post-judgment remedies, while contributing to a results-driven, client-focused culture.

Formación

• Experience with debt collection processes and FDCPA guidelines.
• Ability to negotiate settlements and payment plans.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and public records.
• Proficient in documenting communications and case notes.

Responsabilidades

• Assess delinquent accounts from lenders and financial clients.
• Negotiate lump-sum settlements or payment plans.
• Manage high-volume debt notices and document requests.
• Coordinate with attorneys to move files toward litigation when needed.
• Research debtor assets and contact details.
• Track pre-suit and post-judgment actions such as wage garnishments.
