• Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and strategic aspects of the practice including staffing, pricing, and data/technology information flow.
• Lead talent management initiatives including recruitment, development, and training.
• Produce reporting and analytics to inform leadership on talent, financials, and knowledge management.
• Manage workload and professional development for the team through coaching and supervision.
