Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, drafting, or negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and contract management systems.
• Experience supporting a medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Business Associate Agreements and healthcare privacy requirements.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance programs and commercial contracting practices.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams in a corporate environment.

• Pay information: Min. Salary of $73,200 to Max Salary of $117,800 (annual equivalency); DOE.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage routine commercial agreements including NDAs, BAAs, and equipment loan agreements.
• Identify legal and business risks in contracts and escalate to supervising attorneys.
• Support contract negotiations by coordinating with stakeholders and counterparties.
• Help design and update contract management systems and roll out contract review software.
• Administer the contract lifecycle from intake to execution and archiving.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, and standard language; ensure proper storage and reporting.
