Job summary

Wing is seeking a Legal Assistant for a remote role to support a global team. You will perform legal research, draft and review contracts, and manage case files across US, EU, AU, and UK jurisdictions.

The role requires strong English communication, confidentiality, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law and at least 2 years of related experience, plus familiarity with major legal research platforms and document management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with US, EU, AU, and UK legal systems and regulations.
Strong legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence in compliance with US, EU, AU, and UK laws.
Manage and organise legal files, contracts, and case documentation in digital and physical formats.
Monitor and ensure compliance with filing deadlines and legal requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
Coordinate and liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
Assist in the preparation of court documents, filings, and pleadings.
