Job summary

Dualboot Partners seeks a Paralegal to support our in-house attorney at the intersection of legal support and business operations. You’ll draft, format, and proofread documents, spot risk in contracts, and manage version control and signature workflows.

This is a fully remote, 15–20 hours/week role with a flexible schedule; prior paralegal experience and strong Word skills are important, and familiarity with LexisNexis is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years paralegal or legal assistant experience.
