Job summary

Thrivas is seeking a contract paralegal for a large nationwide medical company. The position is remote and expected to last about 3 months.

Responsibilities include reviewing vendor contracts up for renewal and preparing contracts on the company’s new templates; strong typing and analytical skills are required; attorneys with contract document review experience will also be considered. This is a contract role open to remote work in the United States.
