Job summary

Paradigm seeks a Palantir Head of Platform Architect and Delivery Lead to establish and grow our Palantir Foundry and AIP consulting capability. You will own solution design, quality, initial delivery, and talent strategy, while partnering with leadership to shape offerings and drive business development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, enterprise data platforms, analytics, software engineering, data architecture, or related consulting disciplines.
• 4+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience, including at least two production implementations.
• End-to-end Foundry delivery experience across ingestion, transformation, governance, and production support.
• Experience with both low-code and code-based Foundry development approaches.
• Strong understanding of AIP, LLM-enabled workflows, and AI governance.
• Experience designing integrations with ERP/CRM/SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, and data services.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, architecture, roadmap, and implementation engagements for Palantir Foundry and AIP.
• Translate business outcomes into scalable, secure Foundry designs.
• Own end-to-end platform architecture including data pipelines, ontology, and governance.
• Define Foundry data architecture patterns for ingestion, transformation, lineage, and lifecycle management.
• Lead ontology design workshops and establish standards for object types, interfaces, and documentation.
• Guide development of operational applications and delivery assets.
• Advise on AIP use cases, governance, and adoption strategies.
• Design enterprise integration patterns across ERP, CRM, and other sources.
• Conduct architecture reviews, health assessments, and delivery governance.
• Serve as technical escalation point for early projects and stakeholders.
