Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Forward Deployed Product Engineer to deploy and customize Palantir Foundry for enterprise customers. You will translate business needs into robust technical designs and prototype AI-enabled features while shaping the product roadmap.

This remote role partners with product teams and customers to ensure production-ready deployments and responsible AI practices. You will work with data pipelines, transforms, and data sources, coordinating with engineers and PMs.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Palantir Foundry deployment experience in enterprise environments.
• Must-have: product-facing engineering or PM collaboration experience.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Azure AI Foundry or Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing Foundry deployments, configure pipelines, and deliver production-grade solutions.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements, prototypes, and prioritized features.
• Prototype AI/ML workflows using Palantir Foundry and related platforms.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, performance, and security in deployments.
• Implement AI governance and monitoring for safe, auditable deployments.
• Provide training and enablement materials for customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues with engineering and operations.
• Identify recurring needs to inform the product roadmap and field validations.
