Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineers to build, operate, and maintain high-performance, scalable services for Palantir platforms and deployments. The role involves collaborating with forward deployed and product teams to design scalable systems and share responsibility for production issues.

Responsibilities include deploying products at customer deployments, automating operations, and developing solutions within Foundry and Apollo to address infrastructure

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript or similar languages.
• Active US Security Clearance at or above Top Secret level.

Responsibilities

• Handle support and operations of Palantir software, including monitoring and alerting, configuration management, and upgrades.
• Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and perform migrations to the latest infrastructure types.
• Debug, improve, and optimize Palantir's services and infrastructure with a focus on long-term reliability and scalability.
• Automate workflows, processes, and runbooks wherever possible.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for production issues, participate in on-call rotation.
• Develop novel solutions in Palantir's Foundry and Apollo platforms to solve infrastructure challenges.
