Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience in collision, industrial finishing, or capital equipment.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Ability to read shop layouts and blueprints is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers in collision and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and events.
• Conduct facility evaluations and recommend equipment.
• Prepare quotations and ROI analyses; close sales.
• Coordinate installation with engineering and service teams.
